GENERAL RULES FOR BOOKING A BUNGALOW

To make a booking, you have to give your personal details at reception (surname and full name, address, telephone number, etc.). This can be done through eh internet, by phone or e-mail.

Then, your booking request will be held until we receive the deposit of 50% of the total amount through a money order to the address you will be given (we do not accept checks) (Once received the money order, we will contact you)

The rest of the stay will be paid in cash when checking in, after you have shown a proof of identity.

The check in will be from 16:00h, and the check out before 12:00h.

NOTES

The guest is responsible for the correct number of persons staying in the bungalow or apartment. The reception can refuse the entrance, or ask to leave to those not registered beforehand by the holder of the booking. No complains will be accepted in those cases.

Each bungalow has a parking space for one vehicle. If the guest has more than one vehicle, the campsite is not responsible for finding a space to park inside the camping area.

Dogs are allowed inside the bungalows; a supplement will have to be paid for them.

CANCELATIONS

If you decide to cancel your booking, you will receive:

  • 15 days or more before we will return 90% of the deposit transfered.
  • 7 days or more before until return 50% od the deposit transfered.
  • Less than 7 days before we don't return nothing.

PAYMENT

The reservation is completed once the client has paid at least 50% of the total stay, only in the seasons when it is necessary.

The form of payment will be:

  • 50% of the total amount will be paid as a reservation.
  • The other 50% of the total amount will be paid on the day of your arrival.

ANOMALIES AND DEFICIENCIES

If the guest finds an anomaly or deficiency in the bungalow or apartment the day of arrival, he should inform immediately to reception. From then on, the guest will be made responsible for the damages made in the bungalow or its furniture.
