The current context caused by COVID -19, requires establishing protocols so that during your  stay at the campsite the risk of community infections does not increase, as well as the necessary measures for workers.

Please read this document carefully with the recommendations to be applied by the Camping to minimize the hygienic-sanitary risks caused by the virus, without prejudice to current legislation and which MUST be complied

 during your stay in our facilities.

By accessing our campsite, you expressly accept their compliance as well as the security regulations that are reported to you before the start of your visit

 

 

 What is the covid-19?

COVID  19 is a disease caused by the SARS-Cov-2 coronavirus. The most common symptoms are: fever, cough and feeling of shortness of breath. Other symptoms can be: tiredness, muscle aches, runny nose, sore throat,

 headache, diarrhea etc.

 

WE CARE FOR YOU, YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS

 

Our main concern is to ensure that the risk of co-swapping does not increase and for this we have established necessary protection measures for both ,you and the camping workers.

For the preparation of this document, the guidelines set by the Ministry of Health of the Government of Spain as well as the Spanish Tourist Quality Institute have been taken into account in order to offer you the best practices in the service, facilities and staff to deal with the virus.

Human and material resources have been assigned, as well as action protocols for the alleged case of the appearance of any  symptomatology compatible with COVID-19.

Our personnel have been subjected to tests according to the sanitary criteria established by the pertinent authorities, being suitable for the performance of their job.

 

 

WHAT SHOULD YOU TAKE INTO ACCOUNT DURING YOUR STAY?

 

First of all, please respect and comply with the indications set out in the signage distributed by our facilities and follow the indications contained herein and those of our staff.

In order to avoid contact  the  reception and sometimes save a shift to be attended, follow these instructions:

Whether your arrival occurs with or without prior reservation, a single person can go to the reception to deliver the documentation or collect your key (previously disinfected) if necessary.

If the reception staff is busy, please wait your turn respecting the safety distance recommended by the WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION (2 meters) and we  will guide you as soon as possible.

To guarantee your safety, we have removed any information brochures  from our counters, if you wish to obtain one or need additional information, please request it from the receptionist.

If during your stay, you need to contact the reception, or need some type of assistance, you can do it by calling the following phone number :  0034  952 53 00 06 to avoid unnecessary movements  and social contact.

 

 

PREVENTIVE MEASURES TO BE TAKEN TO AVOID SPREADS

 

- Avoid greeting that involves physical contact such as shaking hands with staff and other clients.

-Throw away any personal hygiene waste, especially disposable tissues, immediately into wastebaskets or containers NEVER on the floor or outside of wastebaskets.

-Wash hands extensively and frequently, especially after sneezing, coughing, or touching surfaces that may be touched by others, following W H O recommendations.

-Use the hydroalcoholic solution dispensers that you will find scattered around the campsite.

-Respect the safety distance (2 meters) and avoid crowds.

-The use of appropriate footwear for showers is mandatory.

-In the toilet modules, for the use of toilets, sinks and showers, wait your turn keeping the safety distance and do not stay inside while they are busy. Follow the instructions.

- In case you have to wait your turn, don't be impatient.

 

BY THE CAMPING STAFF:

 

As previously indicated, we apply the guidelines set by the competent authorities and the staff, depending on their work station, have:

-Specific training based in : Use of equipment, cleaning and disinfection products (at a personal level and ingesting the tasks of their work) and preventive maintenance plans.

-Material equipment: Gloves, masks and goggles with integral frames.
